It is located in Parowan on the road to the Gap. The bedroom has a balcony with spiral staircase to the rear yard thus giving guests a private entrance. The separate Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom is not available for guest use. Only the walk-in shower may be used. There is a sales/lodging tax imposed by State / City of 10.20% that is collected by Airbnb. Environmental Sensors: Small wireless sensors are located throughout this home (small black boxes with antenna) to remotely monitor temperature, water, & motion, in order to alert owners to possible freezing or flooding conditions. Please do not remove or tamper with these sensors. Tacit Shadow Resort access is controlled by automated gates and digital bedroom door locks. Guests will be provided an access code for entry. In addition, there are security cameras on the exterior and public areas of the property.

No shoes in the house. Please leave shoes by the entry door. Please do not use the Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom as there is not enough hot water to fill it. Only the walk-in shower is available. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING NO ANIMAL PROPERTY No animals are allowed on the property or this rental unit. This includes service animals as this property is exempt from such under the American Disabilities Act. Bringing an animal to this property will result of the forfeiture of your entire damage deposit as well as significant additional cleaning costs. We love animals, but we have regular guests that cannot tolerate such exposure. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

This was an amazing stay! Scott and his team are super proactive and responsive. It was super easy to check in. I got in late and had to leave early so I’m sad I didn’t get to check out all the amenities because they looked amazing! 10/10 and will definitely stay here again

The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and had a personal bathroom. We didn't have a chance to use all the fun amenities, but we still had a pleasant stay.
